.NET 4 and Umbraco System.Web.Extensions Missing

This has been driving me mad as I recently upgraded to IIS 7.0 to take advantage of .NET 4.0. However installing Umbraco 4.7.0 for NET4 threw this error.

You need to include this lot in you web.config.

      <sectionGroup name="scripting" type="System.Web.Configuration.ScriptingSectionGroup, System.Web.Extensions, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35">

        <section name="scriptResourceHandler" type="System.Web.Configuration.ScriptingScriptResourceHandlerSection, System.Web.Extensions, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35" requirePermission="false" allowDefinition="MachineToApplication"/>

Add it between the closing </sectionGroup> and </ConfigSections> sections
